Scope

This information concerns personal data collected through the INTEGRITY in Funding website, particularly its event updates forms. Conference registration currently takes place through a separate Google Form; its own privacy notice and Google’s applicable information must also be consulted.

Data collected and purposes

The Stay Informed forms request first and last name, email address and optionally organisation, position and country. These details are used to send information about future INTEGRITY in Funding conferences and related events. Registration for individual conferences may require additional details to manage attendance and certificates; consult the specific registration form.

Legal basis and choices

The Stay Informed mailing list is based on the consent expressed when submitting the form. Providing optional details is voluntary. Consent to future event updates is separate from registering for an individual event and may be withdrawn by contacting the project.

Service providers and retention

This website is hosted on Netlify and the Stay Informed forms use Netlify Forms. The conference registration link currently directs visitors to Google Forms. These services may process data under their applicable terms and privacy arrangements. The project must confirm applicable processor agreements, any international transfers and a specific retention period with the UCM before final publication of this policy. Until confirmed, no definitive retention period is stated here.
